EU Pavilion at ‘KIMES 2026’ to serve as a collaborative platform showcasing advanced European medical technologies and facilitating B2B networking
(10 February 2026) The EU Business Hub programme will participate in ‘KIMES 2026,’ the Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show, with a large-scale EU Pavilion at COEX in Seoul from 19 to 22 March.
The business exhibition, held at the EU Pavilion in Hall D on the third floor of COEX from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until 21 March, with an early closing at 4 p.m. on the final day, will feature up to 50 promising European SMEs and start-ups spanning the entire healthcare sector, including telemedicine, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and regenerative medicine, showcasing their latest healthcare technologies and innovative solutions.
Through the exhibition, visitors to Korea’s largest medical industry event will have the opportunity to explore the EU Pavilion, experience firsthand the key products and services of European companies and discuss potential collaboration through on-site business consultations and one-to-one meetings.
The EU Delegation to the RoK looks forward to welcoming companies and organisations from the Korean Healthcare and Medical Equipment sector to a Business Networking Reception on the afternoon of 20 March at The Westin Seoul Parnas. The reception will provide a platform for European and Korean companies to discuss innovation trends in the healthcare and medical equipment industries in a relaxed setting. Key representatives from Korea’s healthcare sector are expected to attend.
Korean companies and institutions interested in the exhibition and/or networking reception may register free of charge, regardless of size, through the registration form (more details on the EU Business Hub – Korea website), where participants may also indicate their interest in meeting specific European companies. Professional interpretation services will be provided to facilitate smooth communication during business meetings.
The EU Business Hub successfully supported tangible business co-operation between European and Korean companies through events including ‘Digital Solutions Korea 2024’, ‘Healthcare and Medical Equipment Korea 2025’ and ‘Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025,’ covering healthcare, green technology and digital solutions. Building on these achievements, the programme will continue to strengthen global networks between the two regions through a total of seven business exhibition events, including ‘Semiconductors Korea 2026’ taking place this week and the EU Pavilion at ‘KIMES 2026.’
