Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025 - 12 May 2025
Unlock business opportunities with promising European green tech companies: EU Business Hub – The Republic of Korea holds ‘Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025’
- Pursue business partnerships in green technologies through 1:1 B2B meetings between Korean and European companies.
- Explore industry trends and discuss technological innovations in sectors such as clean energy technologies, energy systems, and environmental monitoring and assessment equipment.
(12 May 2025) The Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025 business mission – organised under the EU Business Hub programme – will take place on Wednesday 11 June and Thursday 12 June at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas.
During the business exhibition, held from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Orchid room, up to 50 promising European SMEs and start-ups will showcase cutting-edge green and low-carbon technologies, along with innovative solutions. These will cover a wide range of fields, including clean energy technologies, energy systems, environmental monitoring and assessment equipment, circular economy, and solutions for environmental and climate change mitigation. The EU Business Hub offers Korean companies the opportunity to explore products, services, and technologies of European companies and engage with them in 1:1 business meetings to discuss potential collaboration.
On Wednesday 11 June, a business networking reception will take place at the Chrysanthemum room, hosted by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea. This event will provide an opportunity for European and Korean companies to engage in discussions and exchange ideas on the future direction of innovation in the green technology industry in a more informal context. Key local business stakeholders are also invited – upon registration – to attend this event.
Korean companies and organisations interested in participating in Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025 can register free of charge via the EU Business Hub Website, regardless of their size. Creating an account on our website also allows Korean companies to browse the EU companies and express interest in meeting them. Professional interpretation services will be provided during business meetings to facilitate smooth communication. Browse the EU companies and express interest in meeting them.
The EU Business Hub has successfully facilitated practical business collaboration opportunities between European and Korean companies in the digital and healthcare sectors thanks to events such as ‘Digital Solutions Korea 2024’ in December 2024 and ‘Healthcare and Medical Equipment Korea 2025’ in March 2025. With the upcoming ‘Green and Low-Carbon Technologies Korea 2025’ and seven other planned business missions, the EU Business Hub aims to provide both European and Korean companies with opportunities to expand their global networks.
"Green transition and carbon neutrality are global challenges that the entire industrial sector must address together, and Europe is leading the way in technological innovation in this field” said Ms Bello Tanith, Programme Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea. "We hope that these business missions will provide an opportunity for European and Korean companies to seek practical collaboration based on their complementary strengths in the green technology sector."
